On Sunday, July 20, 2025, Fort Kijkduin will once again open its gates to a world full of enchantment and adventure! Following the great success of last year, the fort will transform once again into a magical place where fantasy comes to life.

Meet a mermaid, bake your own bread, and more!

There’s so much to experience! Meet a real mermaid, learn sword fighting, and test your skills with archery. Bake your own bread on a fire bowl in the moat and be amazed by an immersive theater show. All of this takes place inside and around the impressive fort, with its tunnels, moats, and sea views.

For young and old: a magical day for the whole family.
